A1. Normally, the ship will depart from a Japanese port in approximately 45 days after receiving the order and receiving payment.

A6. No.

If you purchase one item, you will be charged $5,000 for shipping.
If you purchase 2 items, you will be charged $10,000 for shipping.
If you purchase 3 items, you will be charged $15,000 for shipping.

A8. Samples of Akadama soil are available for sale. Please email us (contact@prosarich.co.jp).

We ship to U.S.A., Europe, and other countries except Japan. Normally, the ship will depart from a Japanese port in approximately 45 days after receiving the order and receiving payment. All together, it takes about 2 months to reach your warehouse.
