Founded in 1974 as the Tokorozawa Pot Center in Tokorozawa, Saitama Prefecture, Japan, Prosarich has evolved over the years to become a dynamic business that specializes in the sale of various horticultural products. In the early days of online shopping, Prosarich ventured into online retail, mainly through Yahoo Auctions.

The company started exporting bonsai tools, pots, fertilizers, and soil to capitalize on the international popularity of bonsai.
